📘 Prottoy Quiz Review Guide

This guide explains how to review quizzes inside the Prottoy Admin Panel and maintain question quality.

🔐 Access Admin Panel

• Open the provided link
• Login using your credentials

📂 Open Assigned QBank

1. Go to the QBank tab
2. Select your assigned QBank
3. View the quizzes listed under it

📊 Quiz Status

• 🟡 Yellow Clock → Needs review
• ✅ Green Tick → Reviewed

👁️ Review Questions

1. Click the Eye (👁️) icon
2. Check:
   • Question text
   • Options
   • Correct answer
   • Explanation

🔀 Reorder Questions

1. First unlock the reorder system by clicking the Reorder Unlock button.

2. Then drag the reorder handle to rearrange 3–4 questions.

🏷 Assign Chapter

1. Select the correct chapter
2. Click Update

🧹 Keep Explanations Clear

• Remove lengthy or repetitive explanations like this in the image above
• Keep them short and directly related to the answer
• Add explanations only when necessary

✏️ Edit Incorrect Questions

1. Click the Pen (✏️) icon
2. Fix text, options, answers, or explanation
3. Click Update

✅ Mark as Reviewed

• After checking all questions, click “Mark as Fixed”

⚠️ Review Rules

• Do not skip questions
• Every question must have a chapter
• Verify answers before finishing
